Instructor: Omar Meyers

The goal of this "class" is to help you develop your own unique voice as a dancer in Lindy Hop so your dance can closer reflect who you are. This will help you in a variety of ways, including:
- building confidence
- avoiding getting bored
- overcoming "dancer's block"
- saying "Yes" to yourself as dancers. <---- Very important

In the 1st hour, you'll learn lessons to help you to address and unlock self-imposed mental barriers in dance. The 2nd hour is an open, guided practice with music provided by a DJ. Practice what you've learned or just play around with any movement you want to work on. (The 2nd hour is open to ALL who want to practice!)

Pricing: $15 for the entire class / $5 for just the practice hour

Requirements:

- Bring a partner
- Know how to do a Swing-Out
- Sign up ahead of time so you can receive your homework before
class (Yes, there is homework! )
- Do the Homework.
- Be Open-Minded and have a Positive Attitude
